Okroshka with smoked salmon

Kvass 1,5 l
Salmon 300g
Egg4 pcs.
Potatoes4 pcs.
Onion 1 pc.
Cucumbers2 pcs.
The dill 1 puch.
Green onion is 0.5 poods.
Root of horseradish 2 tsp.
Sour cream200g
Salt to taste

Boil the potatoes, allow to cool, then clean and cut into small cubes. In the same way, grind fresh cucumbers and a small onion. Boil the eggs hard and clean. Strain them with cold water so that the shell is easier to leave. Slice smoked salmon in small pieces. Finely chop the onion and dill. In a separate container mix the sour cream with fresh or canned horseradish. Take a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well. Dispense on plates, pour unsweetened kvass and serve with sour cream sauce. Salt to taste.
